Description

- We are South Bank Cuaco FC, an 11-a-side men's football club located in Dulwich, South London. We currently run 8 teams in the Southern Amateur League (AFA affiliated) and are looking for new players.

- Training is every Monday and Wednesday 7pm, and Saturday 2.30pm (socially distant at first) at our home ground, Dulwich Sports Ground. We invite new players to come and join. The bar will also be open after!

- All of our 8 teams are looking to strengthen so we welcome players of all abilities.

- If you have competed at a good standard previously, then our 1st and reserve teams in particular have spaces. These matches are recorded, whilst our head coach, Ed Watson, is UEFA licensed.

- In September we move training to 3G and play at Crystal Palace National Sports Centre in September. Training is free for registered members and is held every Wednesday at 8pm.

- We play league matches every Saturday around 2pm and are welcoming trialists in games - For full details, please contact Anam on 07506473631 or newplayers[at]southbankcuaco[dot]co[dot]uk - If you have any questions please send them through, and we look forward to seeing you at our great club soon.

More about us (if you need convincing):

Our home ground is Dulwich Sports Ground on Turney Road in Dulwich. Most of our players are from surrounding areas in South London (Brixton, Clapham, Balham etc). We have 8 teams and are trying to recruit strong players into our top teams so we are particularly interested in hearing from players who have competed at high levels previously. If you're not quite at that level, but still fancy fun, competitive football (and want to burn off that excess lockdown weight), we still have 6 other teams who welcome you to prove your quality to.

We have a famously strong social scene. Our clubhouse is always booming, where everybody drinks together after games. We hold regular socials (quarterly generally - any excuse really!) and do one european tour every year. The past few years have seen us take 35+ players to Krakow, Tallinn, Budapest, Prague, Hamburg, Barcelona - this is open to all members of the club meaning everybody gets to know each other and play with each other.

We are an open club and believe that everybody from the 1st team to the 8th team should socialise together as one club. If this sounds like your type of club, please get in touch to get involved!
